In today's healthcare industry, the availability of genuine health advice and easy accessibility is crucial for patients to receive quality care. Our telemedicine application is designed to address these needs, providing patients with access to trusted healthcare professionals and medical advice from the comfort of their own homes. However, accurate and accessible patient health records are also critical for healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care. Electronic health records (EHRs) have emerged as an essential tool for maintaining patient health records and sharing them across different healthcare organizations. However, current EHR systems face challenges such as technological limitations and legal obstacles like concerns about privacy and efficiency.en_US
