| Abstract: | According to latest WHO estimates, released in september 2015, there were about 214 million cases of malaria in the year 2015 and about 438000 people were killed. The report also states that approximately 3.2 billion people about half of the world population are at risk of malaria. Most malaria cases and deaths occur in Saharan Africa. |
