| Abstract: | The objective of the project is to find out the genes which are significantly dysregulated in prostate cancer through meta-analysis of large number of microarray dataset and analyze those genes whose biological functions are clearly associated with cancer using cell signalling pathways and to find out new targets for prostate cancer genes and potential biomarkers for prostate cancer. |
