Effective Cost Estimation and Design of Residential Building (1 Bhk)

Abstract

The high volume of construction is going on in today’s world of advancement and technology which leads to production of pollution on a large scale and also because of which natural aggregates are getting depleted day by day so we need to use our resources efficiently and sustainably for which there is sudden need of effective cost estimation by replacing aggregates with alternatives and utilizing resources to their maximum use by deducing wastage of resources and their use in a planned manner . Papercrete being eco friendly is a good alternative to concrete, and in our project we have studied the various aspects of papercrete and its suitability as alternative to concrete and chemistry of papercrete and its production procedures and it has no harmful byproducts being released during the production of papercrete as we have replaced the inner walls with papercrete and perform calculation over the cost reduction of the building after using papercrete.
