Abstract: We are in the age of next generation communication system in which we are using various techniques in which diversity is mainly used to improve the system performance .System performance is also improved with cooperation. Cognitive radio is used in next generation communication system. We see the effect of cooperative spectrum sensing which is used in Cognitive radio. Further we analysis the effect of various diversity techniques EGC, MRC, SC on cooperative sensing.
