Climate Change has undoubtedly emerged as an issue of global concern. Climate Change has a potential to completely and adversely affect the way of human life. Climate change refers to a statistically significant variation in either the mean state of the climate or in its variability, which is attributed directly or indirectly to anthropogenic activities that alter the composition of global atmosphere and which are in addition to natural climatic variability observed over comparable time periods. According to Intergovernmental Penal on Climate Change (IPCC) reports continuous increase had taken place in temperature around lower hills of Himalayas. This project report carries assessment of factors which indicates the climate change directly. Temperature, Rainfall and Snowfall meteorological data is used to carry simple regression analysis to predict the changes occurring in precipitation pattern with change in temperature for 37 years. Conclusion is drawn from data analysis that climate change is a matter of concern and measures are required to control as to save earth from major environmental destructionen_US
