Bridges are constructed for connection road, railway in the obstacle like canal, river, valley etc. truss bridges are the structure whose load bearing superstructure are made up of Truss. Truss usually transfer its load to single member to others members because of its rigid nature. In truss bridges solid section like angular section are expensive to construct and difficult to transport from one place to another. As we know hollow sections are economic structure having greater radius of gyration by which compressive strength increases. In this research I take solid and hollow section for the comparison. Making economical bridge use of hollow section is the revolution. Design and the structural analysis for both the bridges are carried out in the ANSYS Work Bench software. The whole study is about to design and analyze the component of truss bridge having Angular section and then replace it by Hollow section after which compare their result. This is the software part after which for practical performance I design a prototype having a span of 1.2m for Angular section which further tested after which replaces it by Hollow section and then compare their result.en_US
